    No partner is required! Acroyoga is a collaborative practice, and we rotate partners frequently during class to build a sense of community and improve communication skills. You will always find someone to practice with!

    Absolutely. Acroyoga is open to all levels, and you do not need prior experience or professional athletic skills to start. Our classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance step-by-step in a supportive environment.

    Safety is our top priority. Theofilos Kofidis is a certified instructor with extensive experience in corrective exercise, first aid, and professional diving instruction. This background ensures that every session is conducted with the highest standards of safety, composure, and technical precision.

    Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothes that allow for a full range of motion without being too loose (which can get in the way during inversions). You don’t need shoes as we practice barefoot. Just bring your water bottle and a positive, playful attitude!

    While it incorporates yoga elements, Acroyoga is a social and collaborative practice that includes acrobatics and the healing arts of Thai massage. It focuses on external balance and connection with others, teaching you to trust and support your fellow practitioners through shared movement.
